I've personally sold 3 properties with them thus far and have high praise. 

I'm having trouble finding the right person to work with (quick responder, able to get good pricing, etc.).  

When people make a lot, they also tend to risk a lot.for the average person, 1 home every year for 10 years is a doable and strategy that can get you there - slow and steady but faster than the average person. 

If it is a one off event I personally wouldn't do anything.

What's the price point and when can you see the units in person if you are deployed?

Personally I like the LLC for my own businesses.

Thanks Scott I got a nice mention this week on Dave Meyers post about RE asset class. and one of the BP members a few years ago sent me a nice e mail and we talked through a deal he was doing and he gave me some credit for helping him structure and or giving him encouragement to go for it.. and I believe he said this year that one deal netted him 143k in cash flow.. talk about a Yatchzee..

By ONLY looking at people with a lot of money in stocks and bonds, they get a very different sort of person than you might find on this site.
