You will need to be under another broker for 2 years full time before you would be eligible to get your own brokers license.

Also I've heard one too many Horry stories about owning investment property in CA.

But I'm not sure if I can make my own comps list into the one that PriceLabs uses for dynamic pricing.As likely as not, there is an easy fix I am overlooking.

It maybe easier to start your own management company vs buying an existing one.  

The best way to get started here (or anywhere) is to start by purchasing your own primary home because it's easier to qualify for the loan and it gives you a chance to build equity and you can purchase more house with a lower down payment.

I guess when you go to a restaurant , you bring your own steak and ask them to cook it ?
