On numerous occasions I have heard that if you don’t have any money to fund a deal, simply partner up with someone who can provide the funds and make a 50/50 split on the profits.My question on this approach is… How do I secure a deal from being swiped from underneath me, when I present it to other investors?

your local realtor will likely have access to all of that data....if you would prefer to find it on your own their are numerous sources like realty trak, first american title has software for investors, zillow has some of that data... if you want list data i have used hoover lists for buying info for my targeted marketing.happy hunting...

Typical situation is a subdivision which was outside the City service area for sewer, or for both water and sewer, when built and each house had its own well or own well and septic tank/field.
