You can subscribe to the "flipping category" or - set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like flipping, Kansas, Rehab, etc ) so you'll be notified that those words were mentioned in the forums and can jump into those conversations!

.- Any surfaces (not weight bearing walls) found to have category (3) contamination (colony growth – likely full gut), such as drywall, dividing walls or shelving may be removed and be discarded in a dumpster to be placed in the driveway as close to the house as possible (or otherwise removed). - Every square inch of the basement’s surfaces will be HEPA vacuumed to remove as much of the spore population and mycelium as possible.- Once HEPA vacuumed clean, an electric leaf blower will be used to raise as much of the remaining dust, mold, and spore as possible in order to allow the air scrubbers to remove them from the air.

John Thedford In the for what it's worth category, while I'm an agent I have absolutley NOOOOO desire to be an owner in a Brokerage where I'm depending on a bunch of agents to pay my over head and such.
