I have been going every year during the summer months and it’s fantastic, the place is nice and the ocean is nearby! 

There's two popular local bars near by; Scorcher's offers outdoor sand volleyball courts, and the Winking Lizard has over 100 different craft beers in bottle and over another 20 on tap.

I don't see anything moving up for them, you have regulations, restrictions increasing and very likely stiffer competition nearby.

@Gabe Shapiro a number of our PM clients (property owners) have been purchasing investment property in New Britain as there is an abundance of multi-families that are somewhat affordable compared to other nearby towns/cities.

The obvious is to avoid a lot of south Napa bc there is a huge homeless problem bc of the homeless shelter being near by and there is more crime. 

We are hoping to find a family friendly area with a low crime rate and good schools nearby.

@Jacob Banner I'd encourage you to attend any nearby meetups.

There are a a few real estate meet ups in Tacoma and in Seattle if you're ever nearby, I'd recommend checking one out if you have the time - always great to meet like-minded individuals.

They'd rather drive a ways to get to the hospital than be right nearby but in a bad neighborhood.
