They filled out the application completely, including their current home address where they rent and the name/contact info for the landlord. 

I told him to assume I knew nothing and I wanted to learn.We are late filling, this part is on me as I just didn't have all my expenses consolidated and told them I was fine with being late.

The lady said that he said that “his” company did credit repair and helped to find people affordable housing and that he would give her a $500 check if she filled out some form with all of her personal info.

I have my credit union filling up my mailbox and blowing up my phone at least once a week wanting to give me a line of credit.I could take their money and and use it for investing.

Some charge an additional fee for that, I don't, I'm actually routing for them.I'm sure others will chime in and fill some gaps in my thoughts.

There seems to be a gap of good property management companies in the area if you're looking to fill a void.

It would be problematic if I were employed by brokerage which could easily question who's coffers I'm trying to fill.
