I my name is Neil Johnston. I am a real estate broker/owner of a small and growing company. I flipped several homes between 2010 and 2012 and made some really good profits. I am trying to grow into the rental business. I would like to have a couple hundred units eventually. I have wasted time in the last 3 years and have a lot of time to make up for.
