If I remember correctly, their business model was to sell rehabbed property at 80% ARV which would allow the investor to get in at no money out of pocket while maintaining an 80% LTV.

"Good" to us means the houses/streets are clean and well-maintained, there's a "homey" feel, and no cars up on blocks.

And I have found one agent that is working fairly well with me.

Also, any lender that you find that may take an assigment will charge outrageous rates, which isn't fair to the 750 credit score buyer.
