HELP! Questions I need to ask the REALTOR

So I'm seriously considering this nice wooded 2-acre lot on a small lake for $21k. I'm only 18 years old though so I don't know nearly enough about realty.

I've scheduled an appointment/showing of the land for this weekend (the 14th) but I need to know what kind of questions to ask the realtor![/b]

Here is my current list of what to ask the realtor:

  • Where are the EXACT boundries of the lot?

  • Who owns it, how long have they owned it, why do they want/need to sell?

  • How much has the surrounding land been selling for?

  • What has the lot been appraised at/what is its market value?

  • Are there any restrictions regarding buildings, ...?[/list:u]

    • What are other questions I should ask?
