I just got my first offer accepted last Friday!

They can accept it or leave. 

After the inspection I lowered my offer by $100,000 and the Seller accepted.

I did not accept their counteroffer and am now analyzing other deals searching for another!

If you stay on the weekends because you are away Mon - Fri, there shouldn't be an issue.Please note, depending on the location, property type, and seller's situation (i.e. their motivation & desired closing date) 203K loans can be difficult to get accepted.
