I was in the construction business since I was 17 including those college years.Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I found out that I was qualified to take a real estate broker license test without taking anything extra so I got a license, in 1980.  

She works 24/7 for her customers and is licensed in Maine, NH, and MA.

I'm looking into online schools to obtain my Real Estate Agent license.

Hello fellow BP members, I am going to begin investing and was thinking of getting my broker license.

I'm also in the process of getting my agent license, so I'm studying for the exam for the time being.

I have completed the real estate agent course and am currently studying for the state test to get my license. 

Im a licensed RE agent in Fresno CA, considering to bid for a property on public auction in auction.com, hubzu.com, homesearch.com. my question is.. for example, when I place a winning bid of 100K, and the property has a total estimated debt of 300K, does that mean I have to pay 400K for the property in order to get the title? 

I am a licensed GC in the Raleigh, NC area.  

What do they mean by that and is an RE license advantages or not??

I will be getting my license in summer 2016 and will start to help anyone buy/sell their homes.
