I have been a member here for a little while, but wanted to post and introduce myself.  I am a licensed GC in the Raleigh, NC area.  I have over 15 years of experience in just about all aspects of the real estate industry from new construction and remodeling to marketing and working with investors.  Message me if you might be interested in a "build and hold" investment or if I can help anyone with anything!
