Do they lend in NC?

So will they lend to a newbie?

Does anyone know of any lenders that will lend on properties like this with less than 20% down?

They are hands-off, institutional grade real estate investments, and they allow you the option to diversify. 

What processes have you created, or techniques you have used to get your deals financed with private lending?

During my mortgage career, one of my lending niches was investment property financing, so I have a very good understanding of the guidelines.

They will lend up to 10 notes.
