Hello Everyone!!

I am ready to swim with the sharks and dive into real estate investing after 1 year of seminars, training, books and Now a Mentor I feel safe enough to get started. I have my studies and Mentor to guide me every step of the way but I don't have the funds for a property so he recommended a Hard Money loan. Although I will have to do my due diligence because of the "evil doers" out there. What is your advice on a Hard Money Lender for a House Flipping Project in the Orlando, fl area. My credit is building, My income is sustainable but this will be my first project. So will they lend to a newbie?

Thanks!!
