@Brian Eastman I ask that same question of the largest SDIRA custodian in the country and was told you can't go IRA to 401K even a Solo.

Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Florida markets were some of their first targets because these are areas that so the greatest price drops and largest amount of foreclosures.

Now, if I were living on a small island in the middle of the pacific ocean. 

I am sure other members in the Seattle area with experience investing in Whidbey island and surrounding area will be able to give your more first hand experience.
