I have been "lurking" on the site for about a month or so and decided its time to finally introduce myself.  My name is Marc Haas and I am an aspiring real estate investor on Long Island who has been fascinated with real estate, specifically flipping, for quite some time.  Recently, I began discussions with a potential investor who is interested in partnering up in a real estate company with me that will focus primarily on "fix and flips" in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. If all goes according to plan I hope to purchase my first investment property in April.

A little more about me... I am also an attorney with my own law practice focusing on real estate, divorce, and general litigation.
