Small bedrooms, extremely small bathroom, awkward kitchen/dining room combo, and a huge laundry room.

We are looking for someone with proper licensing and insurance with references to complete the following:Sheetrock & tapingDoors and trim Kitchens and Bathrooms &Flooring.

It chewed the dryer vent off the outside wall, chewed the wood at the kitchen door entrance & inside door trim, stained the basement carpet big time & every door has scratches where it tried to enter the rooms.

For kitchen appliances like a fridge or stove for us it depends on who provides them.

All we needed to do was paint the exterior, change out countertops, appliances, kitchen floors, windows, and back sliding door.

I have done some small vanities with free or cheap pre-fab granite remnants and some medium-sized kitchens with pre-fab granite slabs.

The condo was a dump, but I put granite counter tops in the kitchen, watched youtube videos on how to install tile and backsplashes.

Over a 10 year period, most properties are going to have updates like roof replace, HVAC replace, kitchen/bath upgrades, etc.....
