Hello, can someone refer a licensed general contractor for a gut renovation in Chicago. Plumbing and Electrical is done. We are looking for someone with proper licensing and insurance with references to complete the following:

Sheetrock & taping

Doors and trim

Kitchens and Bathrooms &

Flooring.

We are working with hard money and time is of the essence.
