With no credit card debt, student loans or car payments you will be amazed at how fast you can payoff the mortgage from your normal salary.Finance isn't rocket science but unfortunately we don't teach the basics to our kids.

I do not know about how safe it is for children, so do your own homework, but I know it works very well.With that being said, first thing you need to understand is you are dealing with a female.

If you have a unique name it allows for people to search for the name and find your off platform website.My kids helped me pick a name and they got me a custom sign that is displayed at the end of the driveway.

The folks who are reluctantly leaving the city and moving to the suburbs because they have kids and need more space, which they cannot afford in the city, want desperately to replicate their city lives in the 'burbs as much as they can.  

For the record I also think a lot of kids are wasting a lot of money on college.

For example, if only the husband worked, and the wife was a full-time homemaker, with kids, it's possible a court might assign the husband 100%, or similar, responsibility for monetary debts in a divorce proceeding.

@Bret Blackburn I agree with @Jim Shepard, dont allow her to go past May because you want the house to come vacant during the summer months when kids get out of school.

Travel, kids college, retirement in a warm climate in the winter.
