New member from SLC, UT

Hi guys, new kid on the block from salt lake city, utah. I've been reading on BP forums for a few weeks after finding out about the site from the BP podcast.

I just passed my last CPA exam, so I'll be licensed soon in UT. This has freed up a lot of time to pursue my entrepreneurial hobbies :-)

I'm currently a homeowner, interested in learning more about renting and flipping. I see the market really picking up again.

Anyway, thanks for having a rad community, I'm excited!
