And I would never sign a contract with a property management company that doesn't give me the option of cancelling the contract with a 30-day notice.From my experience, be prepared to feel ok after interviewing several but also be prepared to be underwhelmed when it comes to actual results.

Out of all the ones I interviewed that did charge upfront fee's they did say they would start to waive them if I could show my ability to perform on a regular basis.
