short sale negotiator?

Can anyone tell me of a great short sale negotiating company . i have taken the listing and have an all cash buyer but the last two i have done have taken so long i would rather hire that part out and go find another house, list it and sell it to my investers . this should be perfect canidate ARV IS 250K and it needs about 60K in rehab work give or take . purchase price to be around 130k . there is a first for 205k and a second for 190k seller willing to cooporate completely. any help would be great

Hey Sean - Nick is right but pay very close attention to a few words that are key to me in what he said:

"finally feel comfortable"

Finding someone your comfortable with and quite frankly is actually good at what they do VS just charging fee's and not producing many results is no easy task....but it can be done.

I have not worked with a national company but i did find a woman at a local REIA meeting who was awesome at doing short sales but she had no clue what to do with the property after she got a deal.

So I would network locally with realtors and your REIA's and maybe you can find someone who is good locally.
