I am looking for a new job and saw this ad. How legit do you think it is? Sorry if it is listed in the wrong forum.

If you could not smell this scam, stay out of REI. There are sooo many people that want to take advantage of you in this business. You should really only trust your lawyer and I learned last week at a closing I did that lawyers dont always represent their client's interest either. This guy owed the law firm 3k (not much) and they did not read over any of the restrictive paper work I made this scum bag I was buying the house sign.
Bottom line, if you have any money, wise up. If you dont, work hard and one day you might be rich. Get out and talk to people if you want to be in real estate. Maybe an oportunity will come around, but oportunity is seldom found in the craigslist real estate jobs section.
