We will cross our fingers and see what happens as we continue to mail these lists.I have also been taking some training on Google Adwords and will hopefully be implementing some campaigns within the next few weeks.

I have utilized international VA's in my own personal projects and I have had some outstanding VA's for simple tasks that did not require training or any type of background knowledge and then I've hired US-based VA's knowledgeable in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Finance and Human Resources that could help me in those specific areas when my team was overloaded.

Now a days, I am always browsing internet sites for listings and searching for deals, as well as reading whatever I can get my hands on to learn more about real estate. 

This is also excellent training for when you want to get your own skin into the game.
