They have an course section where they encourage you you to interact in your learning.  

I love interacting with people and treating them fairly, honestly, and with respect. 

None of what I saw early on with out interactions stood out to me as odd or that this co would be difficult to work with.

We have over 2000 HOA's here, and a large percentage are heading for, or are already in, dire straits due to Boards not fulfilling their Fiduciary Duty to maintain, preserve, and protect ALL of the common and limited common elements, in spite of having managing agents.
