Once you understand everything in that course and actually implemented those things in that course then go out and look for someone to help you with your digital marketing until then keep your money in your pockets.Additional free courses is on Google called “Google Digital Garage”Hope this help you get started after that then if you need to go get marketing help but now you are armed with enough knowledge to know if you are working with a charlatan!!

Given your lack of experience, you need to stay away from D/C- neighborhoods and develop very strong WRITTEN vetting criteria and know how to implement it (not allowed to ask criminal history early in the process, etc.), AND implement it rigorously - sob stories need not apply.There is a very high failure rate among new landlords; you’ll find out why.
