Hello to whoever is reading this, 

My name is Fornati and I am an aspiring investor looking to acquire an investment property in the Atlanta and or the Charlotte area. My mid-term goal is to develop small multi-families in these markets but in the short term, I'm aiming to acquire a couple of cash-flowing properties to get my feet wet and also to have a track record for when I start seeking investors for the development side. The strategy I am planning on implementing in the short term is to purchase an SFH and add an Adu or do a garage conversion. With that being said I would very much appreciate any information or connections that can get me closer to my goals.
