I am a member of a big REIA, I host a small reia, I have a bunch of friends who are flippers, landlords, note buyers, lenders, realtors, etc.

Those are for the big boys who already own many rental properties and want to bundle them all up under 1 loan to save money, get them out of their individual name, or just for convenience.

They will have the right network and can host a broker event in your building so that the whole brokerage community is aware.

Some pub owner in England decided that the name was declining so decided to host Nigels from around the world.

Keeping that LLC "healthy" and legal requires a whole host of other activities - having an attorney draw up an operating agreement, getting an IRS EIN, setting up dedicated banking accounts, keeping good records, keeping the accounting separate from your personal, signing documents as the LLC owner/manager and not yourself etc.  

Hey @Casey Green I just moved from Chicago, but still host a multifamily meetup in the city.

Making contacts, calling FSBO's, expired listings, hosting other agents open houses, joining local chambers to network, attending networking events, etc.  

If you have hosted a meetup or event, do you have some tips.

I suspect that they might not have a separate fee for just moving out a tenant, but rather bundle it all into the entire turnover process.
