We dont need both of our names on a bank loan to qualify and given that most banks allow only 10 loans at once, I would think doing one in mine and then one in his will be more beneficial.

'm trying to work on a possible deal for some development land to wholesale to a buyer , it would be a co wholesale deal with a buddy of mine I'm trying to figure out how I would do the analysis on the deal to find out how much it would be worth after homes would be on it so I can have a price for a buyer.

I was selling mine retail.And your situation is not what the person posting here was talking about they are looking to buy a SFR.. not mutli million dollar multi's so its a little apples to Oranges.. we do have short memories  as we chatted about on another thread I know two syndicators personally that got wiped out in Texas multi family..
