I tend to try to be within an hour of mine at this time.  

We dont need both of our names on a bank loan to qualify and given that most banks allow only 10 loans at once, I would think doing one in mine and then one in his will be more beneficial.

'm trying to work on a possible deal for some development land to wholesale to a buyer , it would be a co wholesale deal with a buddy of mine I'm trying to figure out how I would do the analysis on the deal to find out how much it would be worth after homes would be on it so I can have a price for a buyer.

Deals are a challenge to find, but people are starving for deals and when you find one you've found gold!

The property looks likes it needs considerable renovation inside, outside, and landscaping etc.What processes have you found successful in coordinating an estimate of rehab costs.I don’t know if I’m sitting on a gold mine or a dump.1.Should I be scheduling a time to meet the realtor and a GC at the same time?
