'm trying to work on a possible deal for some development land to wholesale to a buyer , it would be a co wholesale deal with a buddy of mine I'm trying to figure out how I would do the analysis on the deal to find out how much it would be worth after homes would be on it so I can have a price for a buyer. Would anyone know about that?
