If you have an attic, even easier, just open one or two bays and continue the supply and return to the attic and then feed the rooms as necessary from the attic through the ceiling.

I appreciate that he noticed the issue but, it wasn't a condenser that supplied that unit with cooling.. it was repaired as soon as I got the notice but guess what... -1 month of subsidized rent.

Lakewood has great demand but limited supply and extreme buy side competition.Duplexes and multi-families in Lakewood have skyrocketed in cost, there’s opportunity but you have to be patient.

But that also means that very little new supply is getting built.Also if you look at what is going on with bigger companies that rent space in better areas you'll see that they are having no problem replacing the tenants that leave with new ones.
