That was the advice I was given, and it is what I did, and now do.I find it quite funny that people get into property management and expect no loss.

Seems like running a promotion on Airbnb, with their associated badges and notifications, would be more effective. 

I won't bother to invest your tax advantage savings annually, which would bring it even higher.I know your post sounds good to you, but really: real estate has made a lot of people rich, and not by having to use any funny business.
