It should be finalized here in the next year, why leasing ladn out to food trucks?

I knew his number was off since sub 1k for a 2bed is really low for Minneapolis but still seeing that and the condition it was on final walkthrough started to plant some doubts.

Hey @Philip Joseph,  I would ONE hundred percent recommend talking to local banks before you finalize that loan.

While this may seem like a quick process from this post, it took around 5 months from signing listing papers, to final closing day. 

After a few months of checking in with both my loan processor & loan advisor, we finally got the clear to close.

Do I stay at 400k. assuming it still cashflows (cashflows based upon when I move out) albeit less than a 500k prop, dont pay the extra in taxes, keep more money on hand because Im not paying additional taxes but also DP reserves etc will be lower or is it worth it to make the stretch to 500k leaving me with less cushion for any mistakes I make?
