I am considering properties in low tax states like Florida or Carolinas but this is a new endeavor for me.

My landlord reached out to me via email regarding their need to sell the home I currently rent, as they are attempting to buy a home out of state for their child.

The issue with attempting to do multiple purchases/transactions at the same time is that the increase in debt for purchasing the foreclosure may keep you from qualifying for a conventional residential/home mortgage and/or you may not have enough cash to close.  

I will be utilizing that site for all future endeavors.

If you were to move out of this first property and attempt to buy a second property using insured financing, you may well be asked to bring the financing on the first property to an LTV of 80% (or less).

It's hard to even be sure your communication attempt ever reached the intended target.

Here's my reply:I have a degree in business; 45 years business experience; 10 years of training and study in real estate investment, including attempts at wholesaling.

This is our first one, so we just aren't sure how to find out if the bank has attempted to evict the tenant.
