Getting a Loan on an Occupied Foreclosure Purchase- Appraisal?

Halley M Moore
Posted

Anyone know of a way around the bank wanting a full appraisal (won't accept a drive by), and the foreclosure we purchased is occupied. We're of course, working on getting her out of there, but we need to close on the property asap. I'm writing the owner asking her for permission to enter, and working on a plan to work with her. But, I'm more concerned about a way to get a bank to bend on this for us?
