Off market aggressive negotiations with sellers (Probate)
How aggressive should I be when dealing with off market sellers I find that are going through the probate process?
Would a Grant Cardone style be acceptable? (Attempting to close when first meeting face to face with the owner like your life depended on it?)
I just started to learn about sales and closing. I’ve been listening to the “The Closers Survival Guide”.
I’m attempting to buy properties at deep discounts by the way.

I would take the kind approach, not aggressive. Find them a solution to their situation.
