I would also like to gain an insight into different strategies and techniques used by many to become a sourcer for investors and even be able to explore different loan strategies to be able to improve my yield and become a successful property developer/real estate professional.I am delighted that i found bigger pockets after i have been put off from bad past experiences companies offering education which involves up-selling and spending a lot of money for the knowledge need to pursue my dream.
