Hello my name is Idris, I am from Cambridge, United Kingdom. I have been using tools supplied by BiggerPockets to increase my knowledge and gain skills in property and real estate, although, I'm new to real estate  and property developing i am eager to learn the skills and knowledge to enable me to make a career out of property and real estate and replace my full time job with something that i am highly passionate about. I'm hoping that by gaining the right skills and knowledge i will also be able to network and work alongside other like minded individuals which could also further my knowledge and point me in the right direction. 

My interests within the property market are buy to let to build a steady income long term to improve my future finances although, what i really want to do is to buy property that are in need of development to produce high standard living for social housing or private tenants. I would also like to gain an insight into  different strategies and techniques used by many to become a sourcer for investors and even be able to explore different loan strategies to be able to improve my yield and become a successful property developer/real estate professional.

I am delighted that i found bigger pockets after i have been put off from bad past experiences companies offering education which involves up-selling and spending a lot of money for the knowledge need to pursue my dream. My hopes for the future are aimed at gaining the right tools/knowledge to pursue my dream and forming a network which will help to excel to build a legacy for my family once i have deceased, after all everyone dreams of providing a stable future for their children.
