You should research discount brokers that only charge you per transaction.

By saying that you are discounting my abilities without even knowing it.

Also, if you hire an appraiser, you might see if you can get a discount for a multiple property job.

Even if they don't require it, is there any discount on the interest rate for the LOC if you do open an account?
