Does the loan program you're referencing have any periodic rate caps?

If you are just looking for discounts, Lowes has the QSP program and other military housing suppliers have deals for property managers.

As a professional I will not speak negative about any program but I will say on a positive note.

Ours even have baby and kid programs that are free.

It has some, but not most, of the features that some property management programs (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, etc) offer.

Hi.I'm scanning online at all these CRM programs and softwares, and I'm curious to know if they are a "must".Is there another type of peogram out there that can track all your clients names, contact info, what they're seeking, and a scheduled calendar?

There are some areas where there are revitalization programs to attract investors but those areas with the incentives are also usually the areas with the most crime.  

Are there any banks that are more apt to lend to LLC's, or specific commercial programs that would allow for such a practice?

We are currently enrolled in a REI mastery program and are implementing marketing strategies such as direct mail and bandit signs.
