Need Historical Data of Cost To Funds Rate
Hey BP. Can anyone tell me where I can find historical data on the "Cost to Funds" rate that US Bank Indianapolis uses to determine their rate? Basically they offer a 5 year term amortized over 25 and then after year 5 it resets to a new 5 year term amortized over 20 years and so on. So my concern is what will be the new rate 5, 10, 15 and 20 years from now and therefore how will that affect my payment. Thanks in advance!

@David Bell Here are the average rates since 1971. http://www.freddiemac.com/pmms/pmms30.htm
Here's another chart - http://observationsandnotes.blogspot.com/2010/11/100-years-of-bond-interest-rate-history.html
It looks like since 1980, rates were at a high and only went down from there. If I had to take a guess it seems there's no where to go but up, but that's a pure guess.
