Take a deep breath..... this is America you have more choices/options  than you could ever know.  

I've done a number of adverse possession deals based on claim of right (these are rare, even for the judges that hear them) as opposed to color of title cases.Being anything but the first in a squatter case is next to impossible without deep pockets and really smart legal counsel.

Account Closed  I love your business model, but this must take a good understanding of the market and a deep pocket: I say this because I suspect that these are probably class C/C+ neighborhood and financing will be a challenge?

If you think the sale is moving too fast for you to lock up a new property efficiently then slow the sale down.  

You can really sink yourself with a slow rehab and lease up.

They are in pretty deep now.
