New Investor in the NY Area
Hi All,
I am a fairly new investor from Brooklyn, NY. I have been thinking about getting into real estate investing for years because I have a true interest in it and I also feel like this is a solid way to set myself and my children up for the future.
I bought a house about 10 years ago in PA which didn't go so well. Wrong deal, wrong partners, wrong everything. We still have the house and are still paying for it but I think I got scared after that so I've been slow to get back involved.
I am reading everything I can possibly read and I think I am going to really focus on wholesaling right now because I don't have a lot of start up money.
Any tips anyone could give would be very welcome.
I am also looking for information on how to set up the business entity / LLC if anyone has any good or back experience with setting that up.
