But with an organized approach and some preparation on the front end, it's a powerful tool to grow your portfolio with little skin in the game.

Each floor had ceiling damage, closed off doorways where old halls or rooms once existed, missing lights in dark halls or at the top of staircases, or uneven floors.

That said, there's a million ways to skin a cat! 

Should you just go with Luxury Vinyl Plank across all the floors of your rental property (living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms), OR should you swap the LVP for dark carpet in the bedrooms so that they could lay on the floor/or otherwise have that "cozier" feel in their own bedrooms?

However, I would like to have some skin in the game.  

I do use darker colors that are blended to hide stains better though.
