Advice in the Bedroom: How to Tackle Rental Property Flooring
Hi All -
I just had a quick and (hopefully simple) question to ask the community:
What would be best practice/most appealing for potential tenants looking to rent into your unit with regards to flooring? Should you just go with Luxury Vinyl Plank across all the floors of your rental property (living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms), OR should you swap the LVP for dark carpet in the bedrooms so that they could lay on the floor/or otherwise have that "cozier" feel in their own bedrooms?

Just did EVP (engineered vinyl plank) throughout the entire house in my BRRRR. One of the reasons my tenant chose my house is because it had no carpet. He has dogs, so it's a plus for him.
