Tenants should not be able to revers a charge - unless they paid via credit card and filed a claim with their credit card company.In that case, the fault is NOT with Buildium, but with the tenant.How have you checked out and verified the reason for the reversals?

If it is the case, you look at short-term rentals, you could buy them as second homes but you might be limited in the number of second homes you can get. if you pay cash, you can do what you want of course.
