Challenges?

The larger the moat... the longer it takes for someone to challenge it.  

The real estate rookie podcast has a 90 day challenge as well.  

My concerns are what challenges you have faced in first starting up, especially if you were not near the property?

In addition, we are currently in an extremely supply-constrained market that I would imagine won't normalize for a year or so, driving prices up to a bidding-war scenario.So, questions loom:-  Your guess on impact of all properties in a rising rate environment, say 2% increase over the next two years.-  Your opinion on whether to hold or sell, even given the tax/commission cost of selling against a bidding war.Cheers.

One unit is rented out but it's been a challenge to get the other unit rented (Duplex).

@Eli Benali please check with an attorney, but why are you taking it out of a protected environment and placing it into your names? 

However, I challenge you to weigh your options. 

I can fund 5+ units no problem, but when its 2-4, I always have challenges.

The cost.Buying in the city comes with its own set of opportunities and challenges.
