It is possible but I would rather take the long-term rents and put the money to work elsewhere than roll the dice on chasing a larger capital gain especially with the market possibly slowing down in this area.

No matter what, the reason you have no luck is because like many others YOU are the one chasing your leads.Heey HEEY here I am Here I am, look at me look  at me.. please PLEASE OMGAAHH PLEAAASE sell your house to mee [as you are jumping waiving yelling trying to get a deal]...VS..Watch TV, eat crab legs, sleep, poop, bumping uglies, while your leads stream in effortlessly daily, constantly no matter what when or how.Cold calling??
