I dont really like finished basements but I would do a drop ceiling so you can get to any mechanical you may need to down the road.

Maybe someone with more construction experience could weigh in as to whether it might be possible to find where the plumbing is most likely running based on what would be visible around the mechanicals?

I had an auto accident almost 4 years ago, and sustained horrific brain, jaw, eyes, head and spine injuries, and I am 72. 

I am fed up with the instability in the auto business and looking to venture into other things.  

Mechanical keypad locks are available for your gate I would think, they are push button and do not need a battery. 

I structured the lease for 1 year term, and auto renew 2 more times unless either side decided to cancel in writing with 30 day notice.

The applicants are a Hispanic family with 3 young kids; Mother is a housewife and Father works at an auto bodyshop.

Also, after freezing, all the mechanical are dead. 99% the pool needs new mechanicals and has to be rebuilt!
