Any ideas on how to get phone numbers for expired MLS listings?
Myself and another BP member are going to go through and reach out to expired listings on homes that (among other criteria) required a special sales contract. The thought is hopefully we get some motivated people with homes needing work. Fix flip and wholesale. Is there an easy way to get the contact info for people? Website? I know if they have a land line the yellow/whitepage will do it. But lets be honest a good majority of people only have cell phones now. I'm thinking I could post it on FIVERR and see if I get any bites.
